You can serve Kentucky Proud foods and products to your family with the confidence that they came from your friends and neighbors just down the road — not from thousands of miles away.

  • You are buying the freshest, most nutritious food possible.
  • You are keeping your dollars close to home.
  • You are helping a Kentucky farm family earn a living.
  • You are reducing the miles that the product has to travel from our dirt to your door.

Have a look at our Kentucky Proud certification here!  Our Kentucky Woman strain is a Kentucky Proud Hemp.

If you've done any reading up on scientific Hemp CBD literature or CBD tincture effects, you'll likely have seen a few publications suggesting that the active compound (cannabidiol) is most effective when it's in the presence of other natural hemp compounds such as , Phytocannabinoids (CBN, CBG, CBC), Terpenoids (linalool, pinene, myrcene, etc), Flavonoids, Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids.

For this reason, when extracting CBD from hemp we make sure to include all of the active components of the plant material - not just the CBD - in order to formulate a truly full-spectrum, pure CBD tincture. Every CBD tincture for sale here at Kentucky Green Grass is a legal industrial hemp strain called 'Kentucky Woman' that is grown using organic farming methods in Kentucky and manufactured by the finest. In other words, with our CBD hemp oil tincture you are getting the best!

Using a Hemp CBD tincture is one of the easiest ways to consume CBD. Simply fill the dropper to the proper line, administer the oil under your tongue, then hold it there for 30 to 90 seconds before swallowing.

The 750mg formulation packs 50mg of cannabidiol into every 1ml (full dropper) of CBD oil. Usually we recommend starting with 1/4 of a dropper twice a day (12.5mg per dose) with additional doses for acute pain or anxiety throughout your day and gradually increasing until you get the relief you are seeking.

If your proper dosage (based on the weight/pain chart in the product images) of CBD is 25mg, and a half dropper of that 750mg tincture contains 25mg, you could simply fill the dropper to the halfway mark and take your full dose at one time.

While we can estimate that this is about the right dosage for any given individual, it doesn’t take into account important factors such as:

  • The weight of the individual
  • The individual’s body chemistry
  • The severity of the condition being treated

With that being said, there is no “one size fits all” dosage, and there will be some trial and error while gauging your proper dosage.  Because there is no FDA recommended dose, the information presented on this page is intended to serve only as an informational guide – a starting point of reference – and should never be considered medical advice.
